Clocking In
Employees clock in by tapping the green Clock In icon which brings up the Clocking In screen. The screen will display the current date and time. If these details are correct, tap Confirm Start. Once the Clock In Successful alert appears, tap OK to proceed.


If an employee has forgotten to clock in at the start of their shift, it is possible to alter the start time when they do remember to clock in at a later point. T&A will keep an audit trail of such adjustments to enable managers to monitor if this is happening regularly. To clock in using an earlier start time, simply tap on the time field and enter the correct start time of the shift.
Load numbers
If the employee is a driver, it is possible to enter load numbers associated with that day’s shift. Once the employee has clocked in, additional loads can be added to the shift by tapping the purple Add Additional Loads icon.
